Your next walk is operated by Joshua Justin Thomas Mounsey ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into them (or have authority to bind your organisation).
Your next walk generates personalised walking route suggestions based on your preferences (distance, terrain, landmarks, refreshment stops and more), with sketch maps, real maps and the option to save and share walks. Your first three walk searches are free; unlimited searches require a paid subscription.
We plan walks anywhere in the world. Ordnance Survey mapping and our access guidance cover Great Britain; outside it, routes are planned on satellite terrain and you should check local rights of way and access rules before setting out.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. Routes are suggestions only: you are responsible for your own safety, for checking local access, weather and terrain, and for following the Countryside Code. We do not guarantee that any suggested path is open, safe or suitable on any given day.
You must not misuse the service. That includes: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service; reverse engineering; reselling or redistributing the service; or circumventing technical limits such as the free-search allowance.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, documentation and branding. Map data remains the property of its providers (Ordnance Survey, Google) under their respective licences. Photographs shown on walk sketches remain the property of their credited authors and are used under their stated open licences.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee (full refund before unlimited planning is used; a fair partial refund may apply once it has been). Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Cancelling ends unlimited access immediately; your saved walks remain available.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and the service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your saved walks may be deleted after a reasonable period.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
